ABOUT TAPSS. TAPSS Community Care is managed by a voluntary Management Committee, funded and supported by the combined councils of Claremont, Cottesloe, Peppermint Grove and Mosman Park, together with the Home and Community Care Program (HACC - a joint State and Commonwealth Funded Program).
Our Home Support Service provides a range of services to people who are frail or have a disability. Services are designed to help people maintain their independence in their own home.
Eligibility criteria is directed at people living independently who are aged (60 years or over) or younger people with disabilities; and carers of both groups. Eligible persons must reside in the local government areas of Claremont, Cottesloe, Peppermint Grove and Mosman Park.
